Commercial Properties
These planters along Broadway Avenue in Manhattan had to withstand pedestrian traffic, unwanted attention from dogs and getting clipped by the occasional errant driver.

Commercial landscapes require the same level of care and attention that residential landscapes do. Beautiful landscaping can be an expression of your business’ personality, and has the power to draw potential customers in.

Commercial landscapes, however, face uniquely difficult maintenance pressures, and require plantings that are as tough as they are beautiful. At Central Park particularly, all of the design work I did took into consideration heavy pedestrian and dog traffic, the drying effects of concrete and asphalt surroundings, and the unfortunate reality of litter and vandalism. All of the plants I use in my commercial designs are drought and disease resistant and bounce back quickly from damage.
